Judgment in the Competition will be made during the 1st, 2nd and Final Rounds. Final Round will be public.
Applicants for the Competition shall be musicians of any nationality, whose members shall be not elder than 30 years old until March 31, 2015
Applicants applying for this Competition should fill out the Application Form in English or Japanese in block or typed letters, and send it to the Japan Arts Education Association with CD or DVD by post.You also can send YouTube’s URL by e-mail( euroasia@euroasia-comp.com) .
The materials:
- [1] The face photo
- [2] A photocopy of official documentation with birth date, such as passport.
- [3] A recording of a performance of technical piece and etude.
- [4] To certify that the submitted recording contains the applicants’ performances, the signature and the title of a reliable musician (other than the applying musicians) must be entered in the section for ‘Certification of Recording’ on the Application Form.
- [5] Musical activities,or any prize. (Photocopied materials are acceptable.)

Qualifying criteria will be based on submitted documents and recordings. The results of that screening will be mailed to all applicants by January31, 2015.
“Participation Guidelines” containing detailed information regarding participation and time will be mailed to each selected applicant. If an applicant changes the program or time after being approved for participation in the Competition that applicant will, in principle, be disqualified.
Foreigner applicants from Japan must pay an entry fee in total of ¥ 30,000 Japanese yen (that includes accommodation during competition days and accompanist fee) until February 6, 2015 by remittance methods, including a specified bank account:

Participating ensembles should have their arrival confirmed at the designated time, date and place. In principle, an ensemble that fails to arrive at the specified place and time cannot participate in the event.
Participants will, as a rule, be provided with a free-of-charge practice room per day .Practice on the day of performance is possible only 30min. before the performance.
Participants solo should perform without scores, jury may stop immediately the performance. The violin Sonata should prepare the scores themselves. The violinists should prepare the accompanists and Page-turner by themselves.We also recommend a great accompanists.

☆ The Grand Prize is 500,000 yen and Concerto in Romania(We don’t pay trance expenses.

The best performance of German Composer’s Music prize is 50,000 yen
The best performance of Russian Composer’s Music prize is 50,000 yen

Judgment of the Competition will be made by a jury in accordance with the judging rules.
Any decision of the jury shall be final and without appeal.
